Oak Hill Realty takes its name from the family property in North Haven, Maine of the late Thomas J. Watson Jr., former Chairman & CEO of IBM, United States Ambassador to the Soviet Union, and grandfather to two of the founders of Oak Hill Realty. Thomas J. Watson, Jr. set the highest standards of integrity and competence in all of his business endeavors. Oak Hill Realty is dedicated to the same standard of excellence. The Watson family is the principal benefactor of the Thomas J. Watson Foundation, The Watson Institute at Brown University, and the Watson Library at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Oak Hill is a real estate brokerage, property management, and financial consulting company, located in Manhattan and focused primarily on New York City real estate. All of our brokers and representatives are picked for their competence, ethics, and knowledge of the New York City marketplace.

The Company is a full-service provider, brokering real estate transactions, managing buildings, and consulting on potential capital providers for our clients' financing projects. Oak Hill Realty runs all aspects of a building’s operation, while providing comprehensive reports to customers on a monthly basis.
