Francis Caamano - Mr. Caamano is the CEO of Oak Hill Realty and its affiliates Oak Hill Management LLC and Oak Hill Finance LLC. Prior to co-founding Oak Hill Realty, Mr. Caamano ran his own brokerage firm, leasing residential and commercial real estate on behalf of a leading New York City landlord. Prior to forming his own firm Mr. Caamano worked for the Bodak Organization, whose portfolio includes over 4,000 apartments, where he established its asset management division. In addition, he is experienced at arranging financing for major real estate transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Caamano holds a B.A. from Fordham University and an M. S. from New York University’s Real Estate Schack Institute. He is fluent in Spanish and Italian.

Andrew C. Sanger - Mr. Sanger is Executive Vice President of Oak Hill Realty and its affiliate Oak Hill Management LLC. Prior to co-founding Oak Hill Realty, he served as an executive at Nexus Capital LLC, a family-run real estate holding company in Manhattan. Mr. Sanger is experienced in all aspects of real estate ownership and operations. He holds a B.A. from Brown University.
