Anthony F. Navarro - Anthony has over twenty five years of real estate experience managing major commercial portfolios and teams throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. He is experienced with all property types and asset classes as well as complex loan and ownership structures. Anthony’s know how includes the development of workout/exit strategies to maximize the recoveries of distressed loans and REO assets.
Anthony has negotiated leases and sale transactions in excess of five million square feet and three billion dollars respectively. During his career he has held senior positions at Capmark Finance, the New York City Housing Authority, Citicorp Real Estate and RFR Realty.
Anthony has lived and worked in Chicago and London.
Anthony has a B.S. from St. John’s University. He is a Licensed Real Estate
Broker (NY) and has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
